I am CEA Fellow and Reserch Director. After a bachelor degree in physics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, and a master degree in electronics and optics at the Ecole Supérieure d’Électricité, I worked with Alcatel first to get a PhD in telecommunications at Marcoussis research center. I worked then there as research engineer on optical telecommunication networks. In 2004, I joined CEA still as research-engineer to work on Laser Mégajoule fiber source in the south-west of France. For 17 years, my research activities were dealing with high-power laser. Beginning of 2021, I returned close to Paris, still working with CEA. In parallel, I am doing my own research in the frame of the Laser Mégajoule. In total, I filed 36 patent applications and am author or co-author of 44 peer-reviewed research papers.
