Fields of interest: Turbulence, hydrodynamics instabilities and plasma physics. My research is dedicated to the understanding and modelling of turbulent mixing driven by hydrodynamics instabilities such as Rayleigh-Taylor, Richtmyer-Meshkov or Faraday. I am particularly interested in the transition mecanisms leading to turbulence and the late time self-similar regimes occuring in such flows with applications to ICF. I have also investigated the effect of plasma transport coefficients and the magnetic field on turbulence. To this purpose, I have participated to the developpement of various CFD tools, spectral models and experiments. I am graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and the french engineering school of aeronautics and space ISAE where I received a PhD in Fluid dynamics. I have surpervised 5 PhD students, 2 postdocs and contributed to 30 articles.
