After graduating from a french engineer school (Telecom Strasbourg) in 2002, I obtained my PhD in theoretical nuclear physics in 2005. I then joined the CEA DAM Île-de-France in 2006 for a post-doc for the research on the microscopic description of the nuclear fission process. This post-doc turned into a permanent position in 2008. I am still working on the theoretical description of fission, mainly by maintaining and writing HPC nuclear codes that run on CEA DAM supercomputers. I am in charge of two lecture series on scientific coding in an engineer school in Evry (ENSIIE). Some of the students from these lectures have joined our research team for training periods or PhD theses under my supervision.
