I did my PhD at CEA Bruyères-le-Châtel between 2018 and 2021. My subject was the simulation of atomic displacements induced by radiation in semiconductors. Then, I did a one year post-doc in 2022 at IFP Energies Nouvelles where I studied materials for catalytic applications. I am now back at CEA Bruyères-le-Châtel since 2023, as a permanent researcher. My research focuses on the investigation of radiation effects in material for microelectronic applications, mainly via atomic scale simulation methods.
