Paul DUMAS
Scientist
Emeritus Research Director at the CNRS. Activities:
- Extraction and exploitation of synchrotron radiation in the field of infrared.
- Infrared beamline at LURE, designing synchrotron infrared activity in the field of microscopy at the Soleil synchrotron (from 2004).
- Line SMIS until 2014.
- More specific scientific activity, in collaboration with Paul LOUBEYRE and Florent OCCELLI, in spectroscopy high pressure infrared (since 2010).
- Scientific advisor to the CEA, in collaboration with the SOLEIL synchrotron.
- Development of an experimental station integrating the infrared and Raman spectroscopy in static and dynamic mode (time resolution of a few microseconds).
