MaHyCo (for Collaborative Hydrodynamic Model) is a prototype initiated in 2020 that solves compressible, multi-material Euler equations. It is available on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 license and is based on the Arcane development platform. Several integration schemes are available: the first in a Lagrangian formulation, and the other in an Eulerian formulation by adding a projection step to the first. The target applications include non-viscous fluid mechanics as well as the macroscopic behavior of solids, for example, in the presence of shocks.
