As a theoretician in Physics, my research activities consist in developing analytical models in topics ranging from:
- High Energy Density Physics/Laboratory Astrophysics/Astrophysics: Modeling in laser plasma physics. Application to laboratory astrophysics and astrophysics. Instabilities in supernovae, Expansion of supernova remnants and instabilities, Radiative shocks (about 55 publications);
- Hydrodynamics and Plasma Physics: Linear and nonlinear models of hydrodynamics/plasma instabilities, Plasma expansion, Magnetized plasmas, Shock waves (about 25 publications);
- Mathematical Physics: Integrability of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations, Hamiltonian systems and first integrals, Lie symmetries (about 20 publications). Co-editor of a book : “Dynamical Systems, Plasmas and Gravitation”, Lectures Notes in Physics, P.G.L. Leach, S. Bouquet, J.L. Rouet and E. Fijalkow, (Springer Verlag, Heidelberg), Vol. 518, 1997.*
