I am an experimentalist in the field of condensed matter physics under very high pressure. I obtained my PhD from Paris-Saclay University in 2022, where I worked on the use of photoluminescent defects of diamonds as quantum sensors to study superconducting materials under pressure. I then joined CEA DAM Île-de-France as a postdoctoral researcher for two years, before being hired there in 2025. I continue to work on materials under extreme static compression. I study the electronic and structural behavior of solids using laboratory spectroscopy methods (infrared, Raman, UV-Visible) and synchrotron X-ray diffraction. I am particularly interested in diamond, metals, and hydrogen compressed to ultra-high pressure using toroidal diamond anvil cells. I am also developing a time-resolved high pressure infrared spectroscopy optical setup.
